Consumer cancellation right:
The consumer cancellation right is valid providing the merchandise is in its original state (the original packaging must be intact and the seal must not have been broken) and the consumer returns the item at their own cost within 10 calendar days from the day of purchase (whether the consumer chooses to return the merchandise themselves or to return it via courier). Once the refund is approved, the total cost of the purchase will be refunded within 10 days, using the original payment method.
Return due to the delivery of incorrect items:
In the event that the items we have sent you are different to what you ordered, you may return the items within 10 calendar days from the day of purchase at no cost to you. The items can be returned providing they are in their original state. Shipping cost: shipping of returned items in this case is done at our cost providing you have contacted us prior to returning the items.
