The service provider of the information society and remote trade who is responsible for the current website is “UMAKE COSMETICS IKE”, located in the Municipality of Markopoulo, at 6 D.N. Allagianni. and with TIN 801997170 belonging to the Internal Revenue Service (DOY) of Koropi and registered with the remote trade suppliers register in accordance with law no:2251/1994. Through the current website of umake cosmetics the public is provided with a general license which allows them to freely navigate through the content of the website and also offers them the ability to place orders for products featured on this website at the listed price. Orders should be placed on the days and times listed on the homepage (Monday – Friday 09:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm). Orders placed outside the defined working hours are processed during working hours post-haste. Upon the shipment of an order the consumer accepts the current terms of use and the description and price listed on each relevant product page. - PRODUCTS
Products displayed on the website, available to order, are commercially available high quality of cosmetics, collaborating with R&D laboratories. - PRECAUTIONS
The service provider is not liable for the way in which the consumer uses the products once purchased. Products must be used strictly in accordance with the instructions of the relevant literature. The consumer or user who will come in contact with the products is solely responsible for correctly using the products. This means that even in the case of a gratuitous transfer (e.g. a gift) the products must be supplied along with their packaging and dosage instructions. The current terms of use don’t include the dosage conditions of each product individually. The service provider is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the products not in accordance with the relevant literature and dosage instructions of each product. For this reason the user of each product is solely responsible for seeking advice from a specialist of their own choice and for taking the safety precautions specific to each product. - PAYMENT METHODS
Potential buyers can select the method of payment for the order they are about to place. Specifically they can make a bank deposit or pay cash on delivery. - DELIVERY TIME
Products are delivered within the delivery time quoted on each order and within thirty (30) days, at the latest, in accordance with current legislation. Upon expiry of said deadline, the consumer has the right to cancel their order. - TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
Payment of goods initiates the transfer of ownership of the products ordered and is completed upon delivery. The buyer accepts all risks including those relating to delivery of the products. In the absence of sufficient means of access to the buyer’s address, the seller is not liable for any delays or an inability to deliver and will arrange with the buyer an alternative location from where the products can be collected. - CHANGE OF MIND RETURN POLICY
The consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days to return an item due to change of mind, providing the item is returned in its original condition, unused and sealed in its original packaging in the state it was received. The consumer will not be burdened with any costs except for the delivery costs to return the item. The service provider affords the consumer this
right, though the law clearly states that household items are exempt from the change of mind return policy. - REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY GOODS
The service provider is at the consumer’s disposal to replace goods which can be proven to be faulty, providing the problem is not due to the product’s design. - COPYRIGHT
All configurations, graphics, titles, domain names, copy, photographs and the way in which these are allocated across the website’s structure (database) are subject to the service provider’s copyright. Users are allowed to freely navigate through the website and to share content through social media approved by the website. The duplication or reproduction of the
above elements is strictly prohibited without the service provider’s permission. - LAW IN ENFORCEMENT
The current terms of use are subject to Greek legislation. The service provider is not liable for material or other damage that may result from the misuse of products. The service provider’s liability is limited to the cost of the order and can not be burdened with liability for contributory negligence beyond the terms set out here and within the context that they are established.
